Canadian Club's classic 12-year-old, 'blended at birth': the grain and malt whiskies are married before they ever touch a barrel, so they mature together. After 12 years in re-charred American white oak, the whisky is re-married in vats and bottled at 40%. Caramel, vanilla, honey and oak notes on the nose; a sweet, rounded toffee, fruit and spice palate; a medium, clean and warming finish. 750 ml.
