The Busker Single Pot Still

A single pot still from the Royal Oak Distillery, Ireland's most traditional style: malted and unmalted barley in equal parts, distilled in copper pot stills. Matured in ex-bourbon and sherry casks, and bottled at 44.3% ABV without chill filtration or colouring. A rich, complex nose of fresh flowers, honey, oak, fudge and clove oil. A spicy, intense palate with a peppery bite, balanced by caramel and toffee. A long, warm, spicy finish with a subtle echo of fruit.
