Warenghem's organic benchmark single malt, the jewel of the Breton crown: a 46% NAS made with 100% certified-organic local barley, double distilled in copper pot stills and matured solely in first-fill ex-bourbon casks, unchill-filtered and uncoloured. An intense nose of lightly spiced cereals with a hint of exotic fruit; a palate that attacks with fresh fruit — peach and apricot — then soft vanilla sweetness; a long, lively, warming finish with a hint of iodine. 46%, 700 ml.
