Woodford Reserve is a premium small-batch Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey, distilled at Kentucky's oldest distillery, founded in 1812. With over 200 detectable flavor notes, it offers aromas of dried fruit, mint, and cocoa, with a rich palate of toffee, caramel, chocolate, and spice. A perfectly balanced and elegant bourbon. ABV: 45.2% Nose: Heavy with rich dried fruit, hints of mint and oranges covered with a dusting of cocoa, faint vanilla and tobacco spice. Palate: Rich, chewy, rounded and smooth, with complex citrus, cinnamon and cocoa. Toffee, caramel, chocolate and spice notes abound. Finish: Silky smooth, almost creamy at first with a long, warm satisfying tail.
