Wolfburn Northland

The gentle, warm flavours in Northland come from the unhurried way the spirit is made and from maturation in quarter-size American oak casks. Matured and bottled on-site, Northland represents the first chapter in Wolfburn’s story. ABV: 46% Nose: initially sweet with fruit notes and a fresh sea breeze. In the background you’ll find citrus freshness and cereal hints, with just a trace of peat smoke. Palate: sweet and nutty tones dominate, with grape and honey notes in the background. Floral flavours abound, enhanced by a touch of dried fruit and spice.
