Waterford The Cuvée

Waterford Single Malt Cuvée draws on 25 different cereal origins (Terroirs) from various farms across Ireland, presenting an unprecedented spectrum of natural flavours defined by the soils and microclimates of each Terroir. ABV: 50% Nose: red apples, fresh dry earth, bread crust, green foliage, lavender, digestive biscuits, oranges, malt loaf, ripe banana, with floral notes, fresh mint and coffee cake. Palate: spiced notes of clove, white pepper, grapefruit, lemon zest, dark chocolate, toast, cherries, granola bar, dried herbs, anise, green olives and marmalade.
