Tomintoul Tláth Speyside
Tomintoul
Description
700 ml bottle. Tláth is pronounced “Tlah” and is a Gaelic word meaning: gentle, soft. This description reflects the term “the gentle dram” used across the Tomintoul range. Tomintoul Tláth is the result of a very careful selection of individual casks. The hand-picked collection consists of whiskies of various ages matured in first-class American oak bourbon casks. It serves as the entry point to the core range, representing excellent value for money. NOSE: soft and sweet with aromas of butter biscuits, flaked almonds, honey, and vanilla pod. PALATE: creamy and nutty with notes of butter pastry, apple compote, almond fingers, and a touch of cinnamon dust. FINISH: gently spiced with layers of roasted hazelnut, cocoa powder, and oat biscuits.
