Balancing two different sides of the flavour spectrum, this malt whisky brings them together perfectly while reflecting our coastal home and its unwavering influence. On one hand, it is an intense single malt, yet at the same time truly balanced. Spice and sweetness come together in this naturally rich amber whisky to celebrate deep flavours, while lighter, refreshing coastal notes reveal another side of this malt. APPEARANCE Rich amber. AROMA Intense yet balanced. Overflowing with rich dried fruits, ripe apples and citrus, with honey sweetness and a generous chord of creamy vanilla. Slightly chocolatey and floral in the background. TASTE Aromatic spices and Christmas cake, with layers of chocolate and a distinctive dark caramel sweetness. There is a touch of salty sea air on the finish, a clear connection to the sea’s influence on this single malt.
