MacArthur’s
MacArthur’s
Description
1 litre presentation. MacArthur’s whisky is smoother and more drinkable than many whiskies you’ll find on the market today. With a mash bill of at least 51% rye, it creates a much spicier flavour profile, offering a distinctive alternative and complement to the sweetness of MacArthur’s. Single malts tend to have more flavour than blends and are used to create those blends. Highly versatile and universally appealing, it has a bold and distinctive taste that shines even when mixed. TASTING NOTES: Colour: Pure gold. Nose: A young and light nose with some cereal, a touch of malt, toast and margarine, walnut shells, straw, vanilla, sugar, light honey, pear, a hint of pepper and some citrus notes (mandarin). Flavour: Sweet, sugary and cereal-driven, with walnut shells, light grass and honey, a touch of barley, citrus (mandarin and lemon), light caramel, fruit and gentle garden pepper.
