The smoked barley provides a burst of pipe smoke that complements the rich, silky wood flavours. TASTING NOTES Nose: Creamy, buttery notes with ripe fruit, a touch of salty sea air and subtle peat smoke. Palate: Floral and caramel notes combine with tropical fruit and crystallised ginger, with an integrated touch of peat smoke.
