700 ml bottle. The 2023 edition of Kilchoman PX Sherry Cask Matured is an excellent choice for sherry-aged whisky lovers. Matured for a minimum of 5 years in old Pedro Ximénez casks. This is the first limited edition from the distillery to be fully matured in PX casks. The citrus sweetness and peat smoke of the Kilchoman spirit complement the PX character perfectly. NOSE Sweet, succulent peat, subtle bonfire smoke, plum, raisins, fresh red berries and vanilla. PALATE An intense explosion of flavour floods the palate — full of peat, bonfire smoke, sea salt and toasted oak. Rich dark fruit influence and plenty of spice.
