Kavalan Solist Vinho Barrique

Vinho matures fully in used American oak casks that have been toasted and charred to enhance the wood's fruity vanilla notes in the whisky, layered over a delicate backdrop of complex fruitiness. ABV: 50 – 59% Nose: A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelised sugars with dark chocolate above. Ripe melon and mango combine with kiwi and a delicate blend of citrus fruit. Palate: Clean, complex flavours that incorporate the best of the finest malt whiskies, with a lingering finish.
