This 19-year-old Jura single malt is initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held an extraordinary 40-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry. ABV: 45.6% Nose: Ginger cake, vanilla and balsamic. Palate: Spiced pear, fig syrup and toasted nuts.
