Jura The Sound is initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in casks that previously held 15-year-old Pedro Ximénez sherry. Notes of maple syrup drizzled over hazelnuts give way to warm winter notes of orange peel and dark forest fruit. TASTING NOTES COLOUR Antique gold. NOSE Roasted hazelnuts, orange and maple syrup. PALATE Caramel fudge, orange peel, dark forest fruit and milk chocolate. CASK FINISH Aged in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and enhanced by a finish in hand-selected Pedro Ximénez sherry casks that previously held 15-year-old Jerez Pedro Ximénez wines.
