700 ml bottle. Jura 12 Year Old is part of the Isle of Jura Distillery's Signature Series. It is produced with a blend of peated and unpeated spirit and is distilled in exceptionally tall stills. It is then matured for 12 years in ex-bourbon American white oak casks and finally undergoes a finishing period in the finest Oloroso sherry casks. ABV: 40% Nose: Peat, medium-intensity smoke, malt, tropical fruit (melon, banana, mango), citrus (orange, mandarin). Palate: Medium body, sugar, pepper, chocolate, fruit (pear, apple).
