The finishing touch is a period in the finest Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. A sweet, smooth whisky with rich dark chocolate and vanilla cream flavours. TASTING NOTES COLOUR Copper gold. NOSE Vanilla, orange, ground black pepper, dark chocolate. TASTE Nectarines, ginger, coffee, toasted almonds. CASK FINISH Matured in American white oak bourbon casks for 10 years and finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. ABV ABV (Alcohol by Volume) – 40%
