Glengoyne cask strangth

700 ml bottle. Bottled at the strength that emerges from the cask, this delicious golden-amber dram is non-chill-filtered, unblended and untamed — the closest you'll get to opening the cask yourself. A tingling spice gives way to rich flavours of ripe banana, digestive biscuits and cinnamon. Matured in one-third sherry casks, two-thirds refill casks and a few bourbon casks. Big and bold with a gloriously thick mouthfeel and a delicious, lingering oak-infused finish. ABV: 58.8% Nose: Baked lemon, barley malt, sticky toffee pudding, green apples, plums and hazelnuts. Palate: Full, vibrant flavour with vanilla, fresh fruit, poached pear, figs, honey, dry sherry and a gentle spice. The long finish carries dates, apricots and honey.
