700 ml bottle. Spiced vanilla fruit, ripe apples and a rich, luxurious mouthfeel. This is the result of eighteen long years and a generous proportion of first-fill sherry casks. ABV 43% Appearance Medium gold with a rich sheen. NOSE Overflowing with red apple and ripe melon. Heavenly and well-rounded, it develops into warm porridge topped with brown sugar. PALATE Full-bodied, round and rich. Initially soaked fruits, marzipan and nuts; then warm spices, dry cocoa and a lingering Seville orange marmalade. FINISH Long, warm and dry. CASK RECIPE 35% European Oak 1st Fill Sherry. 15% American Oak 1st Fill Sherry, 50% hand-selected quality oak casks.
