Glengoyne 15 YO

700 ml bottle. Glengoyne 15 Year Old has been matured in ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, then rounded out with whisky from a refill cask (where malt whisky has matured twice). It is a completely peat-free whisky, thanks to the air-drying process used on the barley. Colour: Light amber. Nose: Fresh notes of hay, citrus and dried fruits. Palate: Smooth, pleasant wood nuances, sweet, apple pie and cinnamon tones. Finish: Very long, gently spiced with sweet wood tones.
