🏴 Scotland
Glengoyne 10 YO
Glengoyne
Description
700 ml bottle. Fresh green apples, caramel and a hint of nut. This is the taste of the slowest distillation in Scotland, of air-dried barley (never peat), and of hand-selected sherry casks made from European and American oak. Sweet on the nose, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples peeking through. On the palate, green apples, grass, gentle oak and a touch of sweet liquorice. Add a drop of water to discover linseed oil and almond notes. NOSE Sweet, with toffee and popcorn aromas. Slightly nutty, with fresh green apples emerging. PALATE Clean. Green apples and grass, gentle oak and a touch of sweet liquorice. Water brings linseed oil and almonds. FINISH Sweet and malty.
