Evan Williams Single Barrel

The only vintage-dated single barrel bourbon on the market. Much like how aged wines are selected, our distillers hand-pick individual barrels that meet the specifications they have set. Each bottle is then marked with the harvest date it was put into oak, the year it was bottled, and the exact barrel number from which the bourbon was drawn. Available at the Evan Williams Bourbon Experience and select Kentucky retailers. Proof: 86.6. Age: 7–8 years. Nose: Dark caramel, sweet oak, and charred wood. Palate: Rich and spicy, with oak carrying notes of honey, apple, and orange.
