700 ml presentation. This fourth small-batch release of Irish Single Pot Still whisky brings together bourbon and oloroso cask maturation with intense richness and a burst of spice. Dark fruit tones and fig give way to dark chocolate with a pinch of toasted, chopped nuts. The chocolate yields to spiced notes of soft wood and leather that lead to a long, memorable finish. TASTING NOTES Nose: A dessert feast — sticky toffee pudding, Black Forest gâteau, and caramel ice cream. Palate: Dark fruits, figs, and raisins take centre stage, followed by dark chocolate and chopped nuts. Finish: Dark chocolate and spice. Soft wood and leather notes linger for a long time.
