Dingle Batch 5

700 ml presentation. The highly anticipated fifth Single Malt release from Dingle Distillery is upon us. The fifth release is composed of malt whisky matured in ex-Bourbon, PX and Madeira casks — a first for Dingle. Bottled at 46.5% and non-chill filtered. Batch 5 is a very interesting whisky in which the cask components shine at different stages. The bourbon brings aroma and spice, while the PX and Madeira casks deliver mouthfeel and flavour. Official tasting notes: Nose — Crème brûlée, salted caramel, and melted honeycomb. Palate — Sun-dried raisins, creamy blossom honey, and vanilla tiramisu. Finish — Sweet spice, warm, persistent, and smooth.
