700 ml presentation. The highly anticipated Core Single Malt release from Dingle Distillery is finally here — and here to stay. Years in the making, this Core Single Malt is composed of malt whisky matured in ex-Bourbon and PX Sherry casks. 39% Bourbon, 61% Sherry PX. Bottled at 46.3% and non-chill filtered. A fascinating whisky in which the cask components come to prominence at different stages. TASTING NOTES Nose: Lime zest, chopped mint, sweet pear. Palate: Caramelised apple, raisins, vanilla. Finish: Honey sweetness, mixed spices linger on the tongue.
