FIRST-FILL BOURBON AND SHERRY CASKS Exclusively matured in the finest quality oak casks, our FIFTEEN YEAR OLD single malt delivers ground pepper, charred oak, apples, bitter chocolate, and forest fruits with rich sherry notes and a hint of smoke. Colour: Dark amber. Aroma: Sweet caramel aromas lead to ground black pepper and peat smoke. Rich forest fruits develop with bitter chocolate and dried banana. Palate: Creamy and sweet with ripe apples and a backdrop of charred oak. Dark chocolate emerges leading to roasted malt and orange peel with a subtle smoky touch. Finish: Medium, creamy finish with soft smoke and dried fruits.
