Arran Quarter Cask

700 ml. A complex, rich, and intensely fruity Single Malt — a celebration of cask strength power and the perfect partner to our Sherry Cask Single Malt. Initially matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to smaller Quarter Casks, also made from the finest American oak. Transferring our whisky into these smaller 125-litre casks creates far greater contact between spirit and wood, resulting in a faster, more intense maturation. The final expression is a full-bodied Arran Single Malt that marries power with delicacy, brimming with rich vanilla sweetness and bold, spicy heat. Bottled at natural cask strength with no chill-filtration or artificial colouring of any kind, this is whisky in its purest form. Tasting Notes Nose: Apple tart, pineapple brioche. Palate: Arran's hallmark citrus flavours greet you, while sweet cinnamon and vanilla spice promise a memorable dram. Finish: Sweetness, honey, pineapple, vanilla, coconut.
