Palate: The initial wave of rich vanilla sweetness gives way to a touch of cinnamon that adds a spicy note to the smooth, sweet texture. The classic Arran citrus notes have mellowed with age and reveal new depths of character over a backdrop of sweet oak. Finish: Sweetness, apple, citrus, cinnamon.
