History

West Cork Distillers was established in the village of Union Hall by three O'Brien brothers, beginning production in 2008. It double-distils its Irish whiskeys in small copper pot stills sourced in Ireland and Scotland. The range is approachable and gently sweet, with malty, nutty and creamy notes.
