Waterford Distillery

Waterford Distillery was founded in 2015 by Mark Reynier in the city's old Guinness brewery, pursuing a single farm origin philosophy. Every whisky is made from barley grown on a single Irish farm, emphasising terroir rather than blends. The spirit is heavy-bodied, intensely aromatic and bottled unchillfiltered.
