Blended Scotch created in 1882 by Leith, Edinburgh blender William Sanderson & Son. Legend has it Sanderson made a hundred numbered small-vat blends and an expert panel unanimously picked number 69. Now owned by Diageo, it marries some 40 malts and grain whiskies in a light, well-balanced style with vanilla sweetness.
