Tomatin Distillery

Founded in 1897 in the Highlands south of Inverness, Tomatin was once one of Scotland's largest malt distilleries, running 23 stills at its peak. It has since evolved into a craft-focused single malt, championing slow, traditional distillation. Today it matures whiskies in sherry, bourbon and other casks, exploring a soft, fruity Highland character.
