Talisker

Talisker, founded in 1830 on the rugged Isle of Skye, is the island's oldest operating distillery. Its whiskies are famous for a distinctively coastal character — sea salt, smoke and above all a characteristic pepper and chilli heat on the finish. Matured by the sea, it remains one of Scotland's most distinctive single malts.
