Speyburn Distillery

Speyburn, founded in 1897 in the Speyside town of Rothes, was built in anticipation of Queen Victoria's Diamond Jubilee. Though it got off to a shaky start, it has grown into a substantial producer of floral, honeyed single malt. Its whiskies show soft fruit, vanilla and gentle malt sweetness, with a clean, approachable finish.
