Slane Distillery

A modern Irish distillery set on the grounds of the historic Slane Castle in the Boyne Valley, County Meath. Opened in 2017 as a partnership between the Conyngham family and Brown-Forman, it operates from the castle's restored 18th-century stables. It makes triple-distilled Irish whiskey and is known for its distinctive triple-cask maturation in virgin oak, seasoned oak and Oloroso sherry casks.
