Ruach Distillery

An independent Israeli distillery ('ruach' means 'spirit' in Hebrew) founded in Pardes Hanna by Neil Wasserman under Promised Land Spirits. A 'brewstillery': it brews and distills on site with a double-distilled copper still, proofs slowly, and ages its barrels across Israel's different microclimates.
