Roe & Co Distillery

A Diageo urban distillery opened in 2019 in the former power station of the Guinness brewery on Thomas Street in Dublin. Its name honours George Roe, whose Thomas Street Distillery was the largest in Ireland during its golden age, closing in 1926. Its three copper stills can run double or triple distillation, and it crafts fine, non-chill-filtered Irish blends bottled at 45%.
