Port of Leith

Scotland's first vertical distillery, a striking nine-storey building in the historic port district of Leith, Edinburgh. Founded by Paddy Fletcher and Ian Stirling, it opened its doors in October 2023 and began producing its own single malt Scotch whisky in early 2024, returning distilling to the Port of Leith after more than a century.
