Paul John Distillery

Paul John Distillery, founded in 1992 in Goa on India's west coast, produces some of the country's most acclaimed single malts. Alongside its winemaking and foundry operations, the distillery crafts rich, bold whiskies from Indian barley, with tropical fruit, honey and dark chocolate carried on a warm, spicy finish. The tropical climate accelerates maturation, yielding remarkably well-aged flavours.
