Macduff

A single malt distillery located in the fishing port of Macduff on Scotland's northeast coast, beside the River Deveron. Founded in 1960, it is owned by John Dewar & Sons (Bacardi). It produces a soft, sweet and fruity spirit with green apple and nutty notes. Its single malt is sold as Glen Deveron (or The Deveron) and is a key ingredient in William Lawson's blend. It has an unusual five stills.
