Family-owned Louisville distillery with roots in the 19th century, tracing its lineage to Henry Kraver in 1881 and revived in 2014 by Corky Taylor and his son Carson. Fourth and fifth generation of the original family. A pioneer of the sweet mash method, it produces small batch bourbon and rye, barrel proof and unfiltered.
