Holyrood

An independent distillery in the heart of Edinburgh, at the foot of Arthur's Seat, opened in 2019 as the city's first whisky distillery in nearly a century. Known for its experimental approach with speciality malts, yeasts and casks, it produces original limited-edition single malts and gin.
