Golani Distillery

Israel's first craft whisky distillery, founded in 2014 by David and Alona Zibell in Katzrin, on the Golan Heights. It makes two-grain whiskies (wheat and malted barley) with barley grown on the Golan and water from its springs, matured in wine casks sourced from the Golan Heights Winery.
