History

The Glasgow Distillery Co. was founded in 2014 in the city centre, reviving a whisky tradition dating to the original Glasgow distillery of 1770. It produces Glasgow 1770 single malt, including peated and unpeated expressions, triple-distilled for a clean, fruity Lowland style. All bottling is done on site.
