George Dickel

Tennessee whiskey brand and distillery founded by George A. Dickel in 1870, produced today at Cascade Hollow Distilling Co. in the hills of Tullahoma. Its whisky uses an 84% corn mash bill, is chilled and mellowed through sugar maple charcoal (Lincoln County Process), then matured in new white oak barrels. A benchmark of Tennessee whisky, best known for its No. 12 and Barrel Select expressions.
