Fuji Gotemba Distillery

Japan's largest continuous distillery, built at the foot of Mt Fuji in 1973 by the Kirin–Seagram joint venture. Scottish pot stills run alongside Coffey columns, Canadian kettles and American doublers, using Mt Fuji's snowmelt water — the only plant in Japan producing both malt and grain at scale, and the source of every drop of the FUJI brand.
