Four Roses

Kentucky bourbon distillery founded in 1888 by Paul Jones Jr. in Lawrenceburg, Kentucky. Unique among bourbon distilleries for using two different mash bills and five yeast strains to create ten distinct recipes. Owned by Japan's Kirin Brewery Company, its Spanish Mission-style main building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
