Deanston

A Highland distillery housed in a former cotton mill built in 1785, converted to a distillery in 1966. Located in Doune, Stirling, it is Scotland's only electricity self-sufficient distillery thanks to its hydroelectric plant on the River Teith. Produces non-chill-filtered whiskies with a waxy, citrus character.
