Chita Distillery

Suntory's grain whisky distillery on the sea-swept shores of the Chita Peninsula (Aichi). Founded in 1972 by Keizō Saji, it crafts grain whisky exclusively through continuous multi-column distillation, chiefly from corn. A key pillar of Suntory's blends — around 70% of Hibiki — its single grain stands out for a soft, light and sweet profile.
